Soviet SLR 35mm, 1978
This camera was made by Zenet in the Soviet Union for export to Canada. Zenet made a variety of
cameras under various names.
Many of these are shot without a light meter and just "best guessing" exposure.
The internal light meter was made with selenium, a light sensetive material often used in older cameras
but with a limited life - so it doesn't work anymore.
I call this my "Soviet tank" because the dang thing weighs about 2.5 pounds without the case and
strap...... People pick it up and say "Wow, it's heavy."
